Everyone handles stress differently. When I get stressed I love to take time out for a hot bubble bath (bubbles keep the heat in) with candles lit and music playing. What a retreat! Seems to to work everytime.
I suggest this to people all the time. Some do it, some don't. The ones that do it thank me for reminding them of such a simple way to just take time out for themselves.
It's amazing how we don't do the simplest thing like take a hot bath to help ease the stresses of life.
I'd love to hear some of your ideas and suggestions of how YOU de-stress.
